OUR VITAMIN C COMPLEX SUPPLEMENT
Blend of pure vitamin C powder (ascorbic acid), acerola cherries and rosehip, in a vegetable cellulose capsule. Acerola (Malpighia emarginata) and rosehip (Rose canina) are both well known for their rich vitamin C profile, including naturally occurring bioflavonoids, which can assist the absorption of vitamin C.
We also offer a high-strength version of this supplement.
WHAT IS VITAMIN C?
Vitamin C is water-soluble which means the body cannot store it unlike some other nutrients. Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant and contributes to the normal function of a number of actions that the body undertakes.
WHAT DOES VITAMIN C DO?
Vitamin C contributes towards a health diet in many ways. This includes the normal function of the immune system during and after exercise, and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C also contributes to collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, cartilage, bones, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C can also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
