Each capsule provide 1g of the compound calcium gluconate, which provides 89.4mg of elemental calcium.
Normally used as part of a calcium - magnesium formula, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
If taken separately, use 1-3 level teaspoons daily. Dissolve in boiling water.
1g = 1 heaped teaspoon.
Do not exceed stated recommended dose.
