FAQsQ. What happens if a product is out of stock? A.The out of stock product will go on back order and be sent immediately when it comes into stock. Your credit card will be debited prior to sending. Payment is only taken for products in stock. Q.When can I expect my order to arrive? A.If you choose the “speedy vitamin service” we guarantee next day service, 2-4 days for overseas orders. If you choose standard delivery it is usually delivered in 2-5 days in the UK but can take up to two weeks depending on the mail service. Q.How can I find out what vitamins I need? A.We have a free vitamin deficiency test on line at Vit Test or you can call or write to us to request the vitamin test form which you can fill in, send back and your questions will be answered. Q.What are Trufil™ capsules? A.The Trufil™ encapsulated products contain no fillers, binders or added ingredients. No heat is used during manufacture. The Trufil™ range provides just the pure active ingredients, sometimes on a base of stone-ground brown rice flour or pure alfalfa in a vegetarian capsule. This is unique to G&G and means customers cannot easily be allergic to these products. Q.What are extracts? A.Of the different herbal forms, extracts are generally the most effective because their active ingredients are more highly concentrated, and they can be standardized to a guaranteed potency. Extracts also have longer shelf lives than other herbal preparations. Fresh herbal extracts retain almost all of the original plant's benefits. Q.Should I take vitamins and minerals with a meal or between? A.All vitamin supplements work best when taken in combination with food. Unless specified otherwise, oil-soluble vitamins should be taken before meals, and water-soluble ones should be taken after meals. Q.Should I tell my doctor before I take your products? A.We recommend you consult a natural practitioner and your local GP if you are currently under medication. Q.How do I return an unwanted product?
