Production Capacity

Between our 6 semi-automatic encapsulating machines and state-of-the-art filling lines we have the capacity to produce 6,000,000 capsules in a single week. As well as our encapsulators and fillers this is achieved with 2 automatic polishing/sorting machines, 6 electronic weighing scales, 3 capsule/tablet counters, 2 electronic sieves, 2 milling grinders, 2 mixing machines, 3 metal detectors and 3 label printers, 2 shrink wrap machines and 3 automatic labelling machines to complete the product ready for shipping.
