The Soil Association has certified certain G&G products as organic. The Soil Association is Britain’s leading organic organisation. After application for organic status an inspection is carried out by the Soil Association, ensuring that the standards of the company conform to their own standards.

G&G has been an affiliated company of the Chartered Quality Institution since 1996. CQI provides professional recognition and support for anyone working in business improvement. Their goal is: To place quality at the heart of every organisation, a vision that G&G shares. Our membership ensures that our staff maintain the highest levels of quality.

G&G is a member of the Health Food Manufacturer's Association. It is HFMA policy to require its members to ensure that their products are manufactured according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Each HFMA member company is required, as a condition of membership, to sign a declaration of adherence to GMP principles at various stages of manufacture and distribution.

A number of elements of GMP are incorporated into food legislation, particularly with respect to food hygiene and prevention of contamination. For food supplements, these 'food elements' of GMP are required in addition to the basic principles of pharmaceutical GMP that are appropriate for the production of the capsules in which food supplements are usually presented.

G&G is certified by Rabbi Adler BPharm MRPharmS to produce kosher products. He established that G&G's high standards ensured there was no risk of cross contamination with non-kosher ingredients.
