Cal-M is our unique take on cal-mag, a powdered blend of calcium, magnesium and organic cider vinegar. Cal-M is designed to deliver these important minerals as acetates, making them more readily absorbed by the body.

Calcium and magnesium work in harmony in the human body, at a ratio we have mirrored in our unique Cal-M formula. Our added spray-dried cider vinegar reacts with calcium and magnesium to form mineral acetates, a type of electrolyte which are easily absorbed and utilised by the body. Cal-M also provides traces of potassium, phosphorous, zinc and iron.

Apple cider vinegar is made from the fermented juice of crushed apples. It contains a naturally occurring compound called acetic acid. When in contact with calcium and magnesium, acetic acid reacts to form the mineral salts calcium acetate and magnesium acetate.

Cal-M provides magnesium and calcium, both of which contribute towards a health diet in a number of ways. Magnesium and calcium both contribute towards a normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism and normal bones. Magnesium also contributes to normal protein synthesis and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Cal-M is suggested for athletes after exercise and as needed to aid relaxation.

Our supplements come with sustainability in mind. Our tubs and labels are made from natural plant materials which makes them 100% biodegradable. That means our tubs will feel right at home in a composting bin. Our lids are not yet compostable, but are recyclable, please check with your local recycling authority. Our supplements are also made with 100% renewable energy.

Low content of calcium
03 December 2020  |

Having received my Cal -M-120 capsules I have noticed the % content of calcium. With 3 capsules providing just 7% of the recommended daily intake I'm now wondering whether that small amount is likely to make much difference and if I should be taking an "additional" calcium supplement to help with my osteoporosis. I rather wish I'd read more carefully the product description prior to purchasing. On the other hand , the order arrived promptly.

Cal m capsules and powder
18 February 2019  |

Hi Nancy your cal m capsules and powder both help me to sleep at night and relax more during the day and they work or help me because they are pure meaning that don't contain any chemicals such as baking agents or anti caking agent that destroy the natural vitamin in them that would make them
not effective although both of these vitamins are very good and work I rather have the capsules when I can afford them because they are a bit easier to swallow and very little or no taste to them as the powder has got a bit of a taste to it ,but I'd recommend your vitamins to anyone rather than take national health prescribed medicines thanks from mervyn
