OUR OMEGA 3 FISH OIL SUPPLEMENT

Our Omega 3 Fish Oil supplement contains high-quality omega 3 fatty acids. Each soft gel provides 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA. The fish oils are tested free from heavy metals and the softgel itself is made from vegetable glycerin.

WHAT IS OMEGA 3?

Omega 3 is the name for the family of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids found most abundantly in fish. Fish oil is an ideal source of eicosapentaenoic (EPA) acid and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Omega 3 has been found to support brain, vision and heart function as well as useful during pregnancy. DHA has a key structural element to the brain, retina and many other body parts.

For optimal health, there is an omega 6 to omega 3 ratio that should be adhered to. Omega 6 is generally more abundant in a typical western diet and is considered to be pro-inflammatory when combined with low omega 3 status.

This supplement was recommended to me by my colleague in order to handle skin condition on my hands. I have been taking this supplement for approx. 1 month and still continue in order to support healing of my skin. I also added this supplement along my nutrition to have a proper amount of fish oil.

packaging not good

Hello.. I generally am very happy with the products from you.
This time I tried The Omega 3 for the first time and they arrived in a bad state, along with multivits. The posting packet was ripped badly and had been taped up and one of the Omega bottles was cracked and the lid broken. The packaging was merely a plastic container which hadn't protected them. I'm sure the actually products will be up to your usual high standard
