What is Omega 3?

Omega 3 is the name for the family of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids found most abundantly in fish. Fish oil is an excellent source of eicosapentaenoic (EPA) acid and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Omega 3 has been found to support brain, vision and heart function as well as useful during pregnancy. DHA has a key structural element to the brain, retina and many other body parts. For optimal health, there is an omega 6 to omega 3 ratio that should be adhered to. Omega 6 is generally more abundant in a typical western diet and is considered to be pro-inflammatory when combined with low omega 3 status.

These are for my partner who ran out of them and waited 6 weeks for me to order replacements. He moaned everyday about his aching joints until they arrived. He’s never mentioned his aching joints since. So I’d place them pretty high in the recommendation category.

This supplement was recommended to me by my colleague in order to handle skin condition on my hands. Hello.. I generally am very happy with the products from you.This time I tried The Omega 3 for the first time and they arrived in a bad state, along with multivits. The posting packet was ripped badly and had been taped up and one of the Omega bottles was cracked and the lid broken. The packaging was merely a plastic container which hadn't protected them. I'm sure the actually products will be up to your usual high standardThank youwarm wishes
