WHAT IS KELP?

Kelp is known as one of the best dietary sources of iodine, along with a host of other trace elements that it absorbs in its nutrient-rich environment. In nature, it is a type of large, brown seaweed that grows in shallow, nutrient-rich saltwater near coastal fronts around the world.
