OUR TURMERIC & CURCUM SUPPLEMENT
Our Turmeric & Curcumin is a blend of turmeric root and turmeric extract which provides 95% curcuminoids - the highest concentration available. Most curcumin products use an inferior extract, providing 85% curcuminoids. Curcumin is the constituent of turmeric that contains all the beneficial properties. In food sources of turmeric, curcumin only amounts to 3%.
To further increase curcumin, black pepper extract is included as it is renowned for increasing bioavailabilty of turmeric. Ginger has also been added to the formula, as part of the turmeric family as it exerts similar and complimentary effects.
Try taking turmeric with a meal that contains fat as this may further increase absorption.
WHAT IS TURMERIC?
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is the spice that gives curry its yellow colour. Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric.
WHAT IS CURCUMIN?
Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric. On its own, turmeric contains a low level of curcumin, around 3%, by weight. This is why our supplement incorporates turmeric extract and turmeric root, offering a much higher concentrate of curcumin.
A HIGH-QUALITY TURMERIC SUPPLEMENT
Unfortunately, curcumin is poorly absorbed into the bloodstream. It helps to consume black pepper with it, which contains piperine, a natural substance that enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2,000%. Our health supplement uses the highest quality black pepper extract providing 95% piperine.
NO EXCIPIENTS - PURE TURMERIC & CURCUMIN
Our Turmeric & Curcumin supplement comes in the form of a vegetable cellulose capsule. This enables us to offer a supplement that does not require any unnecessary chemicals, excipients, binders or unnatural fillers. A vegetable cellulose capsule is designed specifically to break down naturally within the acid of your stomach, ensuring that your body absorbs the nutrients during digestion.
SUITABLE FOR VEGANS
Our Turmeric & Curcumin supplement is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It is also approved kosher and does not contain any allergens.
