Swallow or bite!
Friday, 23 November 2018  |

These go down very well and dose conveniently. They are small and can easily be swallowed but you may find it's thought to be more fun to pop them between the back teeth. They taste strongly fishy but interestingly this is a flavour that I've known several children to really like.

With so many seed oils in the general diet now and the discussions around omega 6s and inflammation, I do think it's good to get the omega-3s in early for brain and nervous system and general good health and this is a handy way to do so for children.

I will stick to swallowing mine however!
