I eat healthy but occasionally I feel like something is missing. Taking the mega multi gives me that little extra lift-up. Very handy!

I am a functional health coach and recommend G & G's mega multi to my clients because I have found them to be the best on the market in the UK for being 1) easily absorbed, being bioavailable. 2) They also have all the ingredients in the right amounts that I would wish in a supplement for my clients to maintain good health. I live in France and was recently pleased to receive my order in 2 days despite Covid-19!

These capsules deliver a wide spectrum of ingredients that provide me with a healthy amount of what the body is lacking with today’s diets. Having a sensitive stomach where some multivitamins cause irritation I find these to give no such issue so I believe them to be suitable for most people. I am very satisfied with this product

This is a high-value, one-a-day (or less) supplement. It contains solid quantities of C, the B vits including the methylated versions of folate and B12 (which is unusual and very good), properly bioavailable forms of E and D, and a great range of the trace elements like copper, manganese, chromium and boron which are often missing. Also bonuses like bioflavonoids and digestive enzymes.If you want high supplementation of calcium and magnesium which are bulky you'll need them separately. The Cal-M powder is really good.The best thing about this multivit really is that it all comes in a single capsule. (So many multivits out there look great and then you find you have to take three of them to get anywhere and your supply of 120 is only going to last a few weeks and isn't as cost-effective as it first seemed.)
