OUR RESVERATROL COMPLEX SUPPLEMENT

Resveratrol supplement that provides high-quality resveratrol blended with green tea extract, quercetin and CoQ10. The resveratrol in this supplement is sourced from from Japanese knotweed - a more potent and active form of resveratrol.

WHAT IS RESVERATROL?

Resveratrol is a flavonoid that is usually found in red grapes, peanuts, blueberries, cranberries and cocao. Most commonly, people associate resveratrol with the antioxidant qualities of red wine.

WHAT IS QUERCETIN?

Quercetin is one of the most abundant flavonoids in nature, which is a building block for other flavonoids. It can be found in food as glycone. Glycone is an inactive form of quercetin that is attached to a sugar molecule, this can sometimes make it hard for the nutrients to be absorbed from food.

Capsule shell: vegetable cellulose	120mg
Green Tea extract (Providing EGCG 50mg)	112mg
Quercetin	80mg
Co-Q10	20mg

Directions

Take 1 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

I am taking Resveratrol as recommended on the Angela Rippon programme and ageing, in the hope that i can loose some viscearal fat, I am 73 slim and fit except a fat tummy. my BMI is slightly below normal so I dont want to diet.
