OUR UNWIND B VITAMIN COMPLEX SUPPLEMENT
Our Unwind health supplement (formerly special B complex) has been designed to help support the body during times of stress. Unwind includes all of the essential B vitamins in an ideal ratio for the human body (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12).
Our Unwind formula contains vitamins C and E, magnesium, calcium, potassium, choline and inositol. For additional stress support, we have also added lecithin granules from non-GM soy. Lecithin contains a natural source of choline, inositol, phosphotidylserine and essential fatty acids such as linolenic and linoleic acid.
In addition, we have included reishi in our Unwind health supplement. Reishi is a type of mushroom known as an adaptogen, due to it's proposed balancing qualities.
WHAT IS VITAMIN B?
The B vitamins are a family of water-soluble nutrients that play an important role in almost every biochemical process that occurs in the body. B vitamins cannot be stored by the body, which is why it is important that they are a standard part of the diet in order to avoid deficiency.
It is also important to monitor your B vitamin intake if you follow a diet that does not include meat or fish, as some B vitamins, such as B12, are lacking in plant foods.
WHAT DOES UNWIND DO?
Unwind provides all of the essential B vitamins. B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 all contribute to normal energy-yeilding metabolsim, while B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B1 contributees to the normal function of the heart. Unwind also contributes to the maintenance of hair and skin as it contains Biotin, B2 and B3.

Our supplements come with sustainability in mind. Our tubs and labels are made from natural plant materials which makes them 100% biodegradable. That means our tubs will feel right at home in a composting bin. Our lids are not yet compostable, but are recyclable, please check with your local recycling authority. Our supplements are also made with 100% renewable energy.
