It's NOT about the flush.

The 'flush' is just a 'side effect'. You would take this for whatever ailment you have. I recommend the book; Niacin: The Real Story, by Abram Hoffer (and others). I have been taking this product for years, mainly as a natural sleeping aid. no need for sleeping tablets (drugs). Going back to the 'flush'; sometimes you get it sometimes you don't, depends on what you eat and what's going on in your system. and besides; you get used to it, and the flush diminishes or disappears but 'pops' back sometimes to surprise you. Highly Recommend this product. read the book.

I took 3 capsules from a friend and they were working, tingling in my face and arms, legs and body... from 100mg, but this ones don't work even if I take 2 at the time...
And I took the same ones my friend has.
